NOTICE

Dear Fellow Members.

As already notified in the election schedule circulated on 01/10/2012, the last General Body Meeting of the term 2010-2012 of the Northern Chapter of IIA shall be held on Saturday 8^th Dec., 2012, at 5.00 pm, and the venue of the meeting shall be the New Committee Room (Planning Block) School of Planning and Architecture, IP Estate, ITO, New Delhi – 110 002.

 
AGENDA for the last General Body meeting for the term 2010-2012.


1.    Calling the meeting to order.

2.    To confirm the Minutes of last General Body Meeting held on 17.12.2010.

3.    To present the Secretaries report for the period 2010-12.

4.    To approve the audited accounts for the financial year 2011-2012.

5.    Election officer to announce the result of election held for the term 2012-2014.

6.    To install the newly elected office bearers and executive committee members for the term 2012-2014.

7.    To  transact any other business of which notice has been received in writing, by one of the Jt. Hon. Secretaries, at least seven days in advance before the date of the meeting.


All members are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting.
