Enclosed herewith is a list IIA Members of your Chapter / Centre / Sub-Centre as on 31st January 2012, indicating the Membership No. Name, address, paid & out-standing subscription against each of them.
You are requested to go through the list with reference to your record and any corrections / amendments relating to Membership No., Name and out-standing amount may kindly be intimated to the Institute with all particulars.
The members who have paid One Time Deposit (those who have paid earlier) have been indicated in the statement by “#####” sign against his / her Membership No and members who have paid Life time payment (those who paid the difference One Time Deposit along with the Nomination form) have been indicated “*****” Kindly let the IIA Office know whether the position has been correctly reflected.
Blank address is shown under the members name because we are receiving Journals, Newsletters, Notices etc., from the post office back, due to change in address.
You may, therefore, kindly initiate the action to recover the outstanding fees from the members who are in arrears and advice them to remit the amount by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “The Indian Institute of Architects”. payable at Mumbai.
