DESIGN CARNIVAL -2011 ON 10TH AND 11TH DEC. AT HHI
IIA Odisha Chapter
As you are already aware, we are organizing a seminar “Architecture
without Architects” on 11th December (sunday) at The HHI (Hotel
Hindusthan International). Ar.Sashi Bhooshan, a renowned architect,
based in Mysore will be giving a presentation on this occasion, along
with other eminent speakers from the state. The seminar will be
followed by a panel discussion with eminent personalities of our state
from different fields.
In addition to the above we are also hosting three Awards for our
Architect friends as follows
1. Otto Koenigsberger Lifetime Achievement Award
(Through nomination)
2. Ar. Srikant Paikray award for Architect of the Year (Open to
IIA Members only)
(Through entries and selection by jury)
3. Ar. Saurastra Das award for Young Architect of the Year
(Based on final year thesis of students through entries and
selection by Jury)
In addition we are also organising a family diiner for all our
Architect friends on 10th evening at HHI.
It is our endeavour to make our Institution a force to reckon with and
we require your active co-operation to achieve this. Please
participate in our annual convention and help us to make this a grand
success.We look forward to see you there. Don't miss this and be a
part of this biggest Architectural meet in the state.
