Invitation and Details of Interior Show and Design Carnival

Hi,

It is a pleasure to inform you that the 4^th Annual chapter convention of Indian Institute of Architects, Odisha Chapter titled Design Carnival and The Interior show is being organized from 8^th to12^th December at Hotel The HHI (Hotel Hindusthan International) & Unit III Exhibition ground.This event which starts on 8th December evening (6.30PM) will witness a congregation of all leading as well as budding architects and interior designers of Odisha and a number of  guest architects and designers from all over the country.

 During this event we are organizing a seminar  “Urban Housing, A challenge” on 11^th December at The HHI (Hotel Hindusthan International) . Ar.Jaisim, an eminent architect based in Bangalore will be giving a presentation on this occasion, along with other eminent speakers from the state.

 In addition to the above   we are also hosting three Awards for our Architect friends as follows

1.    Otto Koenigsberger Lifetime Achievement Award  

(Through nomination)

2.    Ar. Srikant Paikray award for Architect of the Year  

     (Through entries and selection by jury)

3.    Ar. Saurastra Das  award for Young Architect of the Year

(Based on final year thesis of students through entries and selection by Jury)  

 

This is open to all the architects of the state. The awards will be presented on 11^th evening at hotel The HHI, Bhubaneswar. All of you must participate and send in entries to make this a success. Please refer our Website iia-orissachapter.org for further details.

 

It is our endeavour to make our Institution a force to reckon with and we require your active co-operation to achieve this. Please participate in our annual convention and help us to make this a grand success.We look forward to see you there.
