IIA INTERNATIONAL TOUR-2014

Dear all,

 

The Indian Institute of Architects, Odisha Chapter is organising the 2nd International Tour for the IIA members from 14th to 19th August 2014.

 

This year the tour is to Beijing & Shanghai.

 

Though there is no match for the long history of Beijing , yet Shanghai has a unique story to tell: starting from a fishing village opened up 1842, Asia's leading city in the 1920s and 1930s dubbed as "Paris of the East", and today Shanghai has become one of the world's largest metropolitan cities, which best shows where China is headed in the 21th century as well as a museum of East meeting West on Chinese soil. Both Beijing and Shanghai are a must exposure for the architects fraternity.

 

And for our convenience the tour has been scheduled keeping 15th August, Saturday and Sunday- holidays into consideration so that we don't lose much working days.

 

So, friends lets join the tour in large numbers and make it a memorable and enjoyable trip.
