Welcome to the IHWO Directors of Studies Google group! This is a place for us all to ask questions (and remember - there's no such thing as a silly question here!), share ideas and basically support each other so that all of our schools go from strength to strength.

You can reply to posts in discussions which have already started, or you can start a "New conversation". The more questions that are posted, the more discussion there will probably be so feel free to post as much as you like! To make it easier to search for posts related to something you want to know about, you can also add "Labels" to your post.

To choose how often (or if) you get sent email updates about posts, click on "My Membership Settings" in the left-hand menu of this screen, select "Membership and email settings" and decide whether you want an email sent for every post, just a daily summary or no emails at all. Also under the personal settings icon is the option to edit your "display name" - this is what other group members see when you post so you should set it to something like "First name + IH School" or whatever you think helps people know who you are.
