Anti-Trumpers Look to Blacklist Trump's Election Lawyers: 'Make Them Famous' | 10 Nov 2020 | Law firms representing President Donald Trump in election lawsuits are under relentless assault by the Twitter blue check leftist mob as well as other various anti-Trump personalities and groups which have threatened to blacklist and tarnish the reputation of both the firms as well as their employees and clients. With the Trump team planning fresh legal challenges in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, and with campaign staff being redeployed to these areas, the election battle appears far from over. Jones Day, one of the country's largest law firms, is the most prominent firm representing President Trump and the Republican Party as they prepare to wage a legal war challenging the election outcome. As a result, the litigation powerhouse has received a slew of threats in recent days. Chicago Tribune columnist Rex Huppke called for the firm to be "dragged through the mud." ...The Lincoln Project, a Never Trump political action committee (PAC), is set to launch a massive digital campaign hammering law firms representing the Trump campaign and targeting clients as well.

New blacklist of 'Trump sycophants' inspired by AOC being compiled | 06 Nov 2020 | At the behest of 'squad' member and New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D), a blacklist of "Trump sycophants" -- entitled "The Trump Accountability Project" -- is archiving the names of individuals who "elected, served, funded, supported, and represented" President Donald Trump. "Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future," the US representative tweeted Friday afternoon. "Yes, we are," answered former Obama administration staffer Michael Simon, citing the Trump Accountability Project. "Every Administration staffer, campaign staffer, bundler, lawyer who represented them -- everyone." On the website's landing page, it urges urges that "[w]e must never forget those who helped further the Trump agenda," The site is a self-described "permanent record" of those who elected the president, including Trump campaign staffers, Republican National Committee members, and affiliated PACs in 2016 or 2020.

Barr Authorizes Federal Prosecutors to Probe 'Substantial' Allegations of Voting Irregularities - Reports | 09 Nov 2020 | Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the country to "pursue substantial allegations" of voting irregularities, according to media reports citing what appears to be a leaked memo obtained by The Associated Press. The Epoch Times has yet to receive a response from the Department of Justice for comment. "I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances. Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State," read part of the 2-page internal memo. The memo was sent to U.S. attorneys, assistant attorneys general for the criminal division, civil rights division, national security division, and the director of the FBI.

Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date - Researcher | 10 Nov 2020 | More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher's analysis of the state’s voter database. Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out--an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date. The state's voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.

Watchdog Finds 21,000 Dead Registrants on PA Voter Rolls in Final Weeks of Election | 06 Nov 2020 | An election watchdog has found 21,000 dead individuals still on Pennsylvania voter rolls in the final weeks of the 2020 election. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, says 92 percent of the registrants died more than a year ago. The group also says there is evidence of voting activity after death. The findings were mentioned in an amended lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Department of State over its failure to maintain accurate voter rolls. The PILF says that as of October 7, 9,212 registrants have been dead for five years, 1,990 registrants for 10 years, and 197 registrants for 20 years. "Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years," the group said.

System 'Glitch' Also Uncovered In Wisconsin - Reversal of 19,032 Votes Removes Lead from Joe Biden | 09 Nov 2020 | Tonight we uncovered another ‘glitch’ in Wisconsin.  When this one is confirmed it will result in a 19,500 vote gain for Trump making the Wisconsin race a total toss-up. We reported first on a system glitch, as it was labeled, in Michigan which switched 6,000 votes back to President Trump.

10,000 Dead People Returned Mail-in Ballots in Michigan, Analysis Shows | 10 Nov 2020 | More than 10,000 people confirmed or suspected dead have returned their mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan, according to an analysis of the state's election data. About 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) are marked in the state’s mail voting database as having returned their ballots. Another nearly 2,000 are 100 years old or more and are not listed as known living centenarians. The analysis was provided by Richard Baris, director of Big Data Poll.

Detroit Poll Challenger Witnessed Election Workers Counting Ballots for 'Non-eligible' Voters, Then Kicked Out for Noticing | 09 Nov 2020 | An affidavit from a Republican poll challenger in Detroit, Michigan confirms there may be voter fraud in the state. Former Michigan Assistant Attorney General Zachary Larsen testified that at the convention center in downtown Detroit, election officials appeared to be processing a "majority" of mail-in ballots from ineligible voters that were not listed in the poll book of eligible voters, nor Larsen's scanned list. Larsen confirmed in the affidavit that he had heard similar reports from other concerned poll challengers as well.

The intrepid reporter who broke this story, Shane Trejo, was also one who was a witness for the voter fraud in Detroit. Trejo says he considers this "witness intimidation" and is fearful that it will be used as pretext for some criminal actions...The #DetroitLeaks reporting shows Detroit poll workers who were trained in how to lie, trained on how to handle ballot challenges from Trump supporters, told to call 911 on any challengers and to use COVID as an excuse to deny poll challengers access to view the ballots as they were being counted and tabulated.

Nevada poll worker claims she witnessed blatant voter fraud --Anonymous woman describes seeing envelopes ripped open and ballots marked up on side of Biden-Harris van | 11 Nov 2020 | Voter fraud was allegedly committed in Nevada during the early voting period, according to a Clark County poll worker who told Fox News' "The Ingraham Angle" what she witnessed in an exclusive interview Tuesday night. The whistleblower, whose identity was hidden and whose voice was modified at her request, told host Laura Ingraham that she noticed white envelopes being passed around and ripped open near a Biden-Harris van while on a walk during her lunch break. The envelope handlers then leaned against the side of the van in order to mark the papers, which she recognized as ballots. "As I got closer, I thought, 'Those are ballots,'" she said. "I walked by four or five times. On the next time I walked by, they were putting them in the envelopes. They were putting them in a white and pink envelope." After the worker realized the irregularity, she claimed a "human wall" was formed to obstruct the view of anyone looking on. The worker told Ingraham that she was scared by this.

Ted Cruz accuses McCabe of being leak behind James Comey and Clinton Foundation probe in fiery exchange --Cruz asked the former FBI director if Comey had authorized him to leak information about the investigation into the Clinton Foundation | 10 Nov 2020 | Sen.Ted Cruz, R-Texas, accused former FBI Director Andrew McCabe of leaking information about an investigation into the Clinton Foundation to the press behind then-FBI Director James Comey's back. Cruz asked the former FBI director if Comey had authorized him to leak information about the investigation into the Clinton Foundation to the press. "I didn't need James Comey's authorization," McCabe responded during the Senate's months-long probe into "Crossfire Hurricane," which was the code name of the FBI's investigation into whether members of the Trump campaign coordinated or colluded with the Russian government to influence the 2016 presidential election. "I didn't ask if you needed it. I asked did he authorize you to disclose it. That's a yes or no question," Cruz pressed. McCabe said that he himself had authorized the disclosure. Cruz continued to press until McCabe admitted that Comey did know about the passing of information to the press.

Senator Asks DOJ If Hunter Biden's Chinese Business Deals Complied With Foreign Agent Registration Law | 10 Nov 2020 | Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley called on the Justice Department Tuesday to assess whether Hunter Biden and his uncle, James Biden, should have registered as foreign agents of China for their work with a Chinese energy firm. According to a Senate report released in September, the Chinese company, CEFC China Energy, wired Hunter Biden at least 5 million from August 2017 through October 2018 to help develop investment deals for the company in the U.S. and other countries. CEFC also paid Biden’s law firm 1 million in March 2018 to represent Dr. Patrick Ho, a former CEFC executive who was indicted for bribery related to business deals in Africa.

Miller, the highly respected Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (unanimously confirmed by the Senate), will be Acting Secretary of Defense, effective immediately," Trump said in a series of tweets. "Chris will do a GREAT job! Mark Esper has been terminated. I would like to thank him for his service.”

New EU budget dismissed as 'Soros Plan' by Hungarian govt spokesperson | 10 Nov 2020 | Hungary's government spokesperson Zoltan Kovacs has accused the EU of "blackmail" and of "executing the Soros Plan" after the European Parliament reached agreement on the bloc's 2021-2027 budget and euro 1.8-trillion recovery package. The European Parliament and EU government negotiators reached a deal on Tuesday after four months of talks, although the agreement could suffer some hitches when it seeks formal approval by the 27 member states, given previous reservations expressed by Poland and Hungary. Following the conclusion of talks, Kovacs published an article via the PM's International Communications Office accusing the EU of "executing the Soros Plan" by trying to give the parliament the power to "blackmail and pressure dissenting member states to fall in line." 

Biden's Covid-19 advisory team features 'death panel' doctor who suggested dying at 75 is 'not a tragedy' | 10 Nov 2020 | Presumptive US president-elect [sic] Joe Biden's pandemic advisory team includes oncologist Ezekiel Emanuel, who famously argued life should end at 75. Given Covid-19's risk profile -- and Biden's own age -- the choice has raised eyebrows. Biden's team unveiled a 13-person expert advisory panel focused on managing the Covid-19 epidemic on Monday, in keeping with the campaign's efforts to present Biden as the champion of science and reason. One of the panel's goals, according to a statement from Biden, is "protecting at-risk populations" -- the elderly, the sick, and those with multiple comorbidities. But Emanuel is perhaps best known for supporting a limit on human life expectancy of 75 -- an age, it's hard not to notice, that coincides with a steep observed uptick in vulnerability to and risk of dying from the novel coronavirus. In a 2014 article for the Atlantic, the University of Pennsylvania medical ethicist argued the US shouldn't worry that its population's average life expectancy is among the lowest in the developed world, because living too long was just as bad as dying prematurely.

Viganò then outlines the full agenda behind "The Great Reset." "The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and cancelling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against Covid-19 and Covid-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups. Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated."

New York State Bar Passes Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Recommendation | 07 Nov 2020 | The New York State Bar Association on Saturday passed a resolution urging the state to consider making it mandatory for all New Yorkers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination when a vaccine becomes available, even if people object to it for "religious, philosophical or personal reasons." The resolution, which was passed by a majority of the bar association's 277-member House of Delegates and which speaks on behalf of the 70,000-lawyer organization, includes conditions limiting its scope. Those include that the state government should only consider making COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory if voluntary vaccinations fall short of producing needed levels of population immunity; that an assessment of the health threat to various communities be made so that perhaps the mandate can be targeted; and that a mandate only be considered after there is expert consensus regarding the vaccine's safety and efficacy...The report had recommended that it should be mandatory for all Americans to undergo COVID-19 vaccination, despite people's objections, with the one exception being the doctor-ordered medical reason for not being vaccinated. There was no language about the mandate being limited to New York state residents, and no language saying that a public recommendation made to the government should only be for a government to "consider" employing the mandate.

Lindsey Graham: If Trump concedes election, Republicans will 'never' elect another president | 08 Nov 2020 | Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) warned that President Trump should not concede defeat in the 2020 presidential election in part because Republicans will "never" be able to elect another president from their party again. "If Republicans don't challenge and change the U.S. election system, there will never be another Republican president elected again," Graham said Sunday on Fox News. "President Trump should not concede. We're down to less -- 10,000 votes in Georgia. He's going to win North Carolina. We have gone from 93,000 votes to less than 20,000 votes in Arizona, where more -- more votes to be counted." Every major news network and The Associated Press on Saturday projected Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 race for the White House. Trump has said he will not concede, alleging widespread voter fraud led to tens of thousands of illegal ballots being cast against him.

Civil War It is Then | 06 Nov 2020 | (Opinion) It is one thing to know your opponents have no soul. It is quite another to watch in real time their depravity play out with gleeful disdain. Anyone saying that what is happening right now in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan etc. is not a conscious effort to rig an election is either a victim of propaganda or being willfully obtuse... The potential is there for the Republicans to pick up as many as twelve seats in the House while holding the Senate if not picking up a seat, depending on how the courts rule on the already well-documented fraud. Coattails that long are prima facia evidence that what's happening with the presidential election is fraud. I won't go into the list of red flags here, others have done a far better job...Getting those Republican-controlled legislatures to throw out the suggested results of a tainted election is exactly why the Electoral College exist.. It is the last defense against mob rule and the corrupting nature of politics. The commies in the DNC and The Davos Crowd don't like to hear that and frankly don't care but that is the reality of it. That's Trump's path to the presidency at this point, because the votes will be tallied to ensure that he not only loses but lose by a large enough 'electoral vote' majority to nullify any rulings by the Supreme Court. Pelosi is prepared to invoke the 20th Amendment if there is no resolution on Inauguration day, January 20th through an act of Congress. This is why many House seats have not been called even though they are over. She made her choice. So did the all the people currently engaged in this theft. CBS reality shows must now have 50% non-White casts, network says | 09 Nov 2020 | CBS' slate of reality shows will become more diverse in 2021. On Monday, the network introduced an initiative that requires these shows to ensure that 50% of their casts are Black, Indigenous or People of Color, or BIPOC. Additionally, the network has committed to putting at least 25% of its development budget towards creators and producers who are BIPOC. These reality TV targets will kick off during the 2021-22 broadcast season. This initiative follows targets that CBS set for its scripted programs earlier this year as well as a deal to create programming with the NAACP.
