Georgia Video Footage Allegedly Shows Poll Workers Staying Behind, Producing 'Suitcases of Ballots' | 03 Dec 2020 | President Donald Trump's legal team on Dec. 3 presented surveillance footage at a Georgia state legislature hearing that appears to show ballot-counting workers telling poll observers late at night on Election Day to leave before continuing to count and pulling out what appears to be suitcases filled with ballots. A spokesperson for Fulton County, in an email to The Epoch Times, did not dispute the authenticity of the video. "To date, we are aware of no credible reports of voter fraud or wrongdoing in Fulton County. Any credible report of such activity will be investigated and addressed as provided by Georgia law," the spokesperson said. In the hearing on Dec. 3, Jackie Pick, a lawyer who is volunteering with the campaign's legal case, said the team received video footage from State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Fulton County, Georgia. The team said that GOP poll watchers weren't allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center.

Voting Machine USB Drives Had Totals Altered Overnight, Witness in Nevada Election Contest Alleges | 03 Dec 2020 | A witness brought forward by the Trump campaign in its election contest in Nevada alleged that the memory disks used to store vote totals from election machines during the early vote period had the vote tallies unexplainably changed overnight, according to a presentation at an evidentiary hearing in Carson City on Dec. 3. According to Jesse Binnall, who presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign, the witness, whose name is shielded by a protective order, said that the vote tallies were collected from the machine at the end of every voting day and stored on Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives overnight. "What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less," Binnall said. "What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines.

Upstate NY congressional race in doubt after 55 uncounted ballots 'found' --Of the 55 ballots, 11 appear to be from unregistered voters. --The Republican jumped to a nearly 29,000 vote lead on election night -- only to see that lead disappear as mail-in ballots were 'counted.' | 02 Dec 2020 | A newly "discovered" batch of 55 uncounted ballots in a rural upstate New York county has the potential to alter the outcome of a yet-to-be-called congressional race. The ballots from Chenango County were cast during the state's early voting period within the 22nd Congressional District -- home to the ultra-tight race between Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and his Republican opponent Claudia Tenney. As of Monday -- which was supposed to have been the final day for election officials to report vote totals in the district -- Tenney led the freshman Democrat by a razor-thin 12-vote margin... Of the 55 ballots, 11 appear to be from unregistered voters.

Trump Team to File Lawsuit: 40,000 People Voted Twice in Nevada | 02 Dec 2020 | A lawyer for President Donald Trump's campaign said the team is preparing to file a lawsuit soon alleging that 40,000 people voted twice in Nevada, which, if true, could potentially erase Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden's lead. Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall, speaking to Fox Business on Dec. 2, said that they found evidence of "real voter fraud" including "thousands and thousands of instances" in Nevada that will be submitted to a court in the Silver State. "We have instances, for instance, of 40,000-plus people who have voted twice in the election," Binnall said.

Michigan Poll Observer: Military Ballots Looked Like 'Xerox Copies,' All for Biden | 02 Dec 2020 | A woman who said she was a poll observer at the TCF Center in Detroit on Election Day testified in front of a Michigan State Senate hearing that she saw numerous military ballots that looked like "Xerox copies" and were all allegedly marked for Democrat Joe Biden. The woman, who only identified herself as Patty and said she has nine years' worth of experience, told the lawmakers that "military ballots...looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot. They were all for Biden across the board; there wasn't a single Trump vote." "None of the voters [were] registered," and election workers "had to manually enter the names and addresses and a birth date of 1/1/2020, which would override the system and allow them to enter nonregistered voters, of which I saw several...throughout the day," Patty said.

Poll Challenger, Dominion Contractor Say Voting Machines in Detroit Were Connected to Internet | 30 Nov 2020 | A contractor for Dominion Voting Systems who performed IT work at the TCF Center in Michigan and a former state senator who was a poll challenger both say that the voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election were connected to the internet. Melissa Carone -- a freelance IT worker who submitted a sworn affidavit on Nov. 10 detailing a barrage of what she called fraudulent actions during her time at the voting center--said she was called into a hotel in Allen Park on Nov. 2 where the whole Dominion team was staying in order to attend a training of sorts. In that hotel conference room, there was a tabulator and an adjudication machine the team was told to walk around the room and look at. Carone said a Dominion manager (the man who initially contacted her for the position) talked for around an hour telling the team where they were going to be assigned for the election.

"If it were up to me, anybody not wearing a mask when they are out in public would be arrested...That's an act of domestic terrorism and should be treated like one," Lancaster, California, Mayor Rex Parris, recently said. Parris's comment comes as his small town of 156,000, located in northern Los Angeles County, is in a county where cases on Monday recorded the worst day thus far of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It's about time: Trump says he'll veto defense bill unless Section 230 is terminated | 02 Dec 2020 | President Trump tweeted late Tuesday that he will veto the National Defense Authorization Act unless Congress repeals Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which critics say unfairly shields social media platforms from liability over items posted on their platforms. These opponents have been vocal that tech behemoths like Twitter and Facebook should no longer be shielded as a neutral platform when they operate more like a publisher. The criticism seemed to reach its tipping point during the Hunter Biden scandal in the weeks prior to the presidential election. The New York Post ran an explosive report that purported to show emails from Hunter Biden that linked his father to his Ukraine business dealings.

Trump Calls for 'Full Forensic Audit' of Mail-In Ballots | 03 Dec 2020 | President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for a full forensic audit of mail-in ballots that were cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election. In a lengthy pre-recorded speech, the president said that "tens of thousands [of ballots] have fraudulent signatures" in key states. It means "a full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included," Trump added. "The reason for this is clear," he said, "they were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast."
