Breaking: Trump officials preparing to move forward with major step to lower Medicare drug prices | 16 Nov 2020 | The Trump administration is preparing to move forward with a major proposal to lower drug prices and rule-making could come as soon as this week, according to people familiar with the effort. The move, fiercely opposed by the pharmaceutical industry, would implement President Trump's "most favored nation" proposal and lower certain Medicare drug prices to match prices in other wealthy countries. Trump issued an executive order in September calling for steps to that effect, but it was unclear whether the administration would still go forward with implementing the proposal, especially given the election and a coming change in administration.
Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell: ‘We're Getting Ready to Overturn Election Results in Multiple States' | 16 Nov 2020 | Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that the president's legal team is receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and irregularities. "We're getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states," Powell said on Fox Business, adding that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation. "I don't make comments without having the evidence to back it up." Powell claimed that elections software switched "millions of votes" from President Donald Trump to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Powell is notably the counsel to former national security advisor Michael Flynn, engineering a stunning comeback with the Department of Justice moving to drop charges. Powell said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to "rig elections."
Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani will present evidence to support claims presidential election will be overturned | 15 Nov 2020 | President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday insisted that the presidential election would be "overturned," claiming he had evidence that "corrupt machines" had deleted millions of votes for Trump -- but couldn't share it. In an interview on Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures," the ex-Big Apple mayor, who was recently tapped to lead Trump's post-election legal fight after his predecessor contracted COVID-19, claimed that the president had actually won the key swing states that were called for Joe Biden. "In every one of those states, we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state," Giuliani said, erroneously claiming that the mail vote was invalid because Republicans hadn't been allowed to observe the count. "They didn't allow Republicans in those key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid," he told anchor Maria Bartiromo. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger Wants Elections Director to Step Down After Floyd County 'Finds' 2600 Uncounted Ballots | 16 Nov 2020 | As reported by the Gateway Pundit, the statewide recount of votes on the presidential election over the weekend revealed that in Floyd County, Georgia, over 2,600 votes were not counted due to a server error, allegedly by a Dominion tabulating machine. The statewide recount is still ongoing in several counties, the deadline for completion is 11:59 p.m. Wednesday. Wisconsin Voters File Lawsuit to Exclude Over 792,000 Votes in 3 Counties | 14 Nov 2020 | Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to exclude Nov. 3 election results in three of the state's counties that helped push Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump. The action, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state. The civil action, filed on Thursday, alleges that there is "sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted" in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties "to change or place in doubt the results" of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties' results "must be invalidated" and to block the counties from certifying their results. All three counties lean heavily Democrat, with Milwaukee and Dane being among the most populous and heavily Democratic counties in the state. For the three counties, Biden holds a lead of 365,289 votes over Trump. In the state overall, Biden holds a lead of about 20,540 votes at 49.6 percent, compared to Trump at 48.9 percent as of Saturday. The Trump campaign has signaled it will request a recount.
California Governor Violated the Constitution With Mail Ballot Order - Judge | 15 Nov 2020 | California Gov. Gavin Newsom exceeded his authority and violated the state Constitution with an executive order that let all Californians vote by mail if they wanted to. Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled Friday that the order, N-67-20, "improperly amended existing statutory law, exceeding the governor's authority and violating the separation of powers." The order stated, citing the COVID-19 pandemic, that "all Californians who are registered to vote in" the Nov. 3 election "must be empowered to vote by mail, as an alternative to in-person voting." Newsom, a Democrat, argued that California's government code gave him the power to issue orders like the one concerning mail ballots, but the judge was not convinced.

Tax filings reveal Biden cancer charity spent millions on salaries, zero on research | 14 Nov 2020 | A cancer charity started by Joe Biden gave out no m-ney to research, and spent most of its contributions on staff salaries, federal filings show. The Biden Cancer Initiative was founded in 2017 by the former vice president and his wife Jill Biden to “develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,” according to its IRS mission statement. But it gave out no grants in its first two years, and spent millions on the salaries of former Washington DC aides it hired. Joe Biden realizes that the president doesn't have the authority to institute a mask mandate," Noem communications director Ian Fury said. "For that matter, neither does Governor Noem, which is why she has provided her citizens with the full scope of the science and trusted them to make the best decisions for themselves and their loved-ones.”
