Maricopa County Board Votes Against Complying With Subpoenas to Audit Voting Machines | 18 Dec 2020 | The Board of Supervisors in Arizona's Maricopa County on Friday voted 4-1 to file a complaint in the Arizona Superior Court and won’t comply with state Senate-issued subpoenas to hand over voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election for an audit, as well as an audit of scanned ballots. A lawsuit will be filed against lawmakers in the Arizona State Legislature to block the enforcement of the subpoenas, county officials said. The subpoenas were issued earlier this week by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Chairman Eddie Farnsworth, a Republican, had issued the subpoena to audit Dominion Voting Systems machines and ballots in the county, with a deadline for Friday at 5 p.m. Maricopa County Chairman of the Board Clint Hickman, a Republican, said during Friday’s session the subpoenas were unconstitutional and a "slap in the face."
Pennsylvania Republicans Ask Supreme Court to Again Review Election Lawsuit | 15 Dec 2020 | A group of Republicans in Pennsylvania on Tuesday has again urged the U.S. Supreme Court to take up their lawsuit that challenges the 2020 election results in the state. The nation's top court had previously rejected the group's request for immediate injunctive relief to block Pennsylvania from taking further steps to certify the 2020 election results. At the time, the group’s lawyer, Greg Teufel, said the case was not over because his clients were planning to file a formal petition to ask the court to review the lawsuit, which they hadn't filed the first time. The lawyer filed a petition for a writ of certiorari on Dec. 11, docketed by the court on Dec. 15, which argues that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was wrong when it dismissed their case because the justices thought the plaintiffs filed their case with unreasonable delay.
Republican Electors Cast Votes for Trump in Three Contested States | 14 Dec 2020 | Alternate electors cast votes for President Donald Trump Monday from a number of battleground states contested by the president as the Electoral College met to finalize the results of the 2020 election. President Donald Trump's senior adviser Stephen Miller said the move was to keep open the possibility of challenging the election up until Jan. 20. "The only date in the Constitution is January 20, so we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election," Miller told Fox News.
Over 1,400 Votes Changed During School Board Election in Michigan - Forensics Company Report | 14 Dec 2020 | Allied Security Operations Group, which carried out a forensic audit of voting machines in Michigan's Antrim County, claimed in a Monday report that more than 1,400 votes changed when they evaluated a Dominion ImageCast Precinct machine for possible hardware problems in a small town. "This is the most preliminary report of serious election fraud indicators. In comparing the numbers on both rolls, we estimate 1,474 votes changed across the two rolls, between the first and the second time the exact same ballots were run through the County Clerk's vote counting machine--which is almost the same number of voters that voted in total," the group said when they evaluated two tape rolls in Central Lake Township.
Pres. Trump files election lawsuit in New Mexico | 14 Dec 2020 | President Trump and his legal team filed an election lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in New Mexico Monday. The lawsuit claims the state broke the law when it allowed drop boxes to be a part of the voting process for the 2020 election. The 42-page lawsuit states that Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver violated federal and state law when she allowed absentee ballot drop-off boxes without proper supervision. The lawsuit wants the elector's process stopped. It also calls for drop-box votes to be properly validated and counted.

Thousands gathered to join marches and rallies in Washington on Dec. 12, petitioning the government for fair elections and transparent counting. Money From Facebook's Zuckerberg Used to Undermine Election, Violate Law - Report | 16 Dec 2020 | Hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was used to violate election laws, according to a new report. The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization, released the 39-page report, alleging that Zuckerberg's 500 million given to election officials was used to treat voters unequally and improperly influence the election for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. The bulk of the funds went to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a nonprofit started by former managers and staff at the New Organizing Institute, a progressive nonprofit. According to the report, the nonprofit earlier this year "began sending agents into states to recruit certain Democrat strongholds to prepare grants requesting monies from" it.
YouTube Announces Restrictive Ban on Videos Questioning the 2020 Election | 09 Dec 2020 | YouTube announced Wednesday it will ban content questioning the outcome of this year’s presidential election. The video platform said in a blog post that it will now start removing content "alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election." YouTube linked its decision to the fact that Tuesday was "safe harbor" day in the election calendar. Current law requires that Congress recognize electors chosen by this day in states where all election disputes are resolved, according to USA Today.

On Friday, Politico reported that new names have been added to a list that already included several prominent Facebook alumni. Big Tech has tried to use its influence on the election. For example, YouTube last week declared it would ban videos that suggested the results of the Nov. 3 election were in doubt.
Big-name House Republicans sign letter demanding Pelosi remove Swalwell from intelligence committee | 15 Dec 2020 | A group of House Republicans, led by some of the most high-profile members of the caucus, called on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to remove Rep. Eric Swalwell from the House Intelligence Committee following revelations that he was targeted by a suspected Chinese spy. "We write to you today out of concern with Congressman Eric Swalwell's reported, close contacts with a Chinese Communist Party spy recently reported by Axios. Because of Rep. Swalwell's position on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, his close interactions with Chinese intelligence services, however unintentional they may be, are an unacceptable national security risk," the Republicans told Pelosi in a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. "HPSCI handles some of the most sensitive information our government possesses -- information critical to our national defense. As such, we urge you to immediately remove Rep. Swalwell from his position on the House Intelligence Committee.”
New Peter Strzok Texts Undermine Official Narrative on Start of 'Russia Collusion' Investigation | 17 Dec 2020 | Newly-released texts from former FBI agent Peter Strzok suggest that the Obama administration's investigation of then-candidate Donald Trump for supposed "Russia collusion" began earlier than the official government narrative has acknowledged. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who chairs the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, released new texts on Thursday from Strzok. One text, dated July 28, 2016, refers to "[o]ur open C[counter-]I[ntelligence] investigations relating to Trump's Russian connections." ...A Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General report in December 2019 claimed that the FBI opened its investigation into the Trump campaign, known as Operation Crossfire Hurricane, on July 31, 2016, three days after receiving the Downey tip. But the Strzok text, written to FBI lawyer Lisa Page -- with whom he had an affair -- suggests that the FBI already had open "investigations," plural, on supposed connections between Trump and Russia, none of which ever turned up any evidence.

Tucker Carlson doubles down on mocking illiterate Jill Biden | 18 Dec 2020 | Fox News host Tucker Carlson doubled down on mocking Jill Biden on his Wednesday show, labeling her as "illiterate" and blasting her [so-called] doctoral dissertation. On his Wednesday show, Carlson continued his criticism against Biden and her doctoral degree in education, piling on earlier attacks after The Wall Street Journal published an op-ed last week encouraging her not to use the "Dr." title as a non-medical doctor. On air, Carlson took to criticizing Biden's doctoral dissertation [sic], which she earned [sic] from the University of Delaware in 2007, calling it "our national shame." "Dr. Jill needs reading glasses," he said. "Either that or she's borderline illiterate. There are typos everywhere including in the first graph of the introduction. Dr. Jill can't write. She can't really think clearly either." "The whole thing is just incredibly embarrassing and not simply to poor illiterate Jill Biden but to the college that considered this crap scholarship, embarrassing in fact to our entire system of higher education, to the nation itself," Carlson added.
