LA Mayor Bans 'Unnecessary Walking' as Part of New COVID-19 Restrictions | Democratic Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti issued a new emergency order Wednesday that bans unnecessary "travel on foot" as he warns the city is nearing a "devastating tipping point" in their fight against COVID-19. "Our city is now close to a devastating tipping point, beyond which the number of hospitalized patients would start to overwhelm our hospital system, in turn risking needless suffering and death," Garcetti wrote in the order. "These unfortunate facts about the spread of COVID-19 in our City mean that we must resume some of the more restrictive measures we instituted in the Spring." The order prohibits "all travel, including, without limitation, travel on foot, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, automobile, or public transit," with limited exceptions.

New Mexico governor shuts down grocery stores for two weeks | 25 Nov 2020 | A dozen grocery stores around the state have been forced to close for two weeks because of a public health order issued by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-deranged) at a time when the state's residents are suffering from record high unemployment and food insecurity, critics say. The order requires businesses with four or more rapid responses of COVID-19 cases reported within in a 14-day period to close for two weeks. More than 25 essential businesses were shut down as of Monday afternoon, including a number of grocery stores and major retailers. The closures include two Walmarts in Albuquerque and one in Santa Fe, an Albertson's in Roswell, a Smiths Food & Drug Center in Albuquerque and New Mexico Food Distribution Center in Albuquerque. The state's environment department has published a complete list of businesses that have been closed due to employees testing positive for COVID-19, as well as a watch list [!?!], and FAQ about the watch list.

Money laundering: Governors Newsom and Kemp paid over $1B to Chinese company for COVID-19 supplies that never arrived | 27 Nov 2020 | Health Ranger reports for Channel 411 News, Nov. 23, 2020, that in April of this year, it was revealed that California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) wired half a billion d-llars — the first of two installments -- to BYD, an electric car company in China, to supposedly purchase "N-95 masks" for COVID-19. But Newsom sent the m-ney without voting or approval by the state legislature. When pressed about the details of the deal, Newsom refused to disclose them. Nor were the face masks actually delivered. As of November 2020, BYD has yet delivered a single face mask. Now, there is evidence Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) may also be involved in the same scheme, according to attorney Lin Wood, who is on President Trump’s legal team litigating to prevent the certification of alleged election results. In an interview on the John Fredericks Show, Wood said that governors send huge amounts of m-ney to China under the cover of buying "covid supplies." China then launders the m-ney into financial kickbacks for the governors' family members or business entities.

COVID-19 in Pittsburgh: Public Safety Task Force to Conduct Compliance Checks Over Coronavirus Orders | 25 Nov 2020 | Pittsburgh Public Safety has formed a task force to conduct compliance checks for the state's public health orders like mask-wearing and social distancing. The Pittsburgh Public Safety Department said it's forming a coronavirus task force at the request of Mayor Bill Peduto. "Orders already in place and those announced today will be enforced, and law enforcement and state agencies will be stepping up enforcement efforts, issuing citations and fines and possible regulatory actions for repeat offenders," Health Secretary [and hypocrite] Dr. Rachel Levine said Monday.

Articles of impeachment filed against GOP Ohio governor over coronavirus orders | 30 Nov 2020 | A group of Ohio Republicans has officially filed articles of impeachment against Gov. Mike DeWine (R) in response to his coronavirus orders. GOP state Rep. John Becker of Clermont County led a group including fellow Republican state Reps. Nino Vitale, Candice Keller and Paul Zeltwanger in filing 12 articles of impeachment against DeWine, calling it an "effort to restore the rule of law." The allegations claim DeWine's administration implemented unconstitutional orders in response to the pandemic. In a statement shared with local news outlets, Becker's office blasted DeWine, alleging "mismanagement, malfeasance, misfeasance, abuse of power, and other crimes include, but are not limited to, meddling in the conduct of a presidential primary election, arbitrarily closing and placing curfews on certain businesses, while allowing other businesses to remain open."

Families, lawyers push ahead with effort to end mask requirement in Connecticut schools | 27 Nov 2020 | Despite an early setback, families, and their lawyers, are pushing ahead with their suit seeking to end the requirement that students must wear masks to attend school during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a filing this week, lawyers for several parents and the CT Freedom Alliance fought back against the state’s request to have the case thrown out, arguing that the requirements were put in place outside the regulatory process and that the governor's emergency powers do not give him the authority to approve such regulations. The latest filing comes several weeks after Judge Thomas G. Moukawsher denied the families' request to immediately lift the mask requirement in the face of a perceived imminent danger to the children. The plaintiffs' lawyers, Republican state representatives Craig Fishbien and Doug Dubitsky, appear to move away from the argument that masks present a danger in Monday's filing, focusing more intently on the governor’s powers through executive orders.

UK Govt to Roll Out 'Vaccine Stamps' in Passports by Next Year - Report | 30 Nov 2020 | The British government is reportedly set to introduce vaccine stamps in passports by next year for those who have been inoculated against the coronavirus from China, ostensibly to boost the travel industry. The vaccine stamps are being worked on by the Department for Transport (DfT), as airline bosses throughout the world look to make such restrictions mandatory for travelling. A supporter of the passport stamps, Conservative MP James Sunderland, told The Telegraph: "Pets need a vaccination passport when travelling between the UK and Europe and this would be a fantastic way of ensuring freedom of movement for people too."

Brits who refuse COVID-19 vaccine may be denied entry to restaurants, bars | 30 Nov 2020 | No coronavirus vaccine, no service? Brits could soon be denied entry to restaurants, bars, movie theaters and sporting events if they refuse to get a [deadly] COVID-19 vaccine, a top official said Monday. Nadhim Zahawi, the minister in charge of the UK's vaccine rollout, said that information about whether people have received a coronavirus vaccine might become available on the phone app already used for contact tracing. "But also I think you’d probably find that restaurants and bars and cinemas and other venues, sports venues, will probably also use that system as they’ve done with the app," Zahawi told the BBC.

More than 150 arrested in London during anti-lockdown protest | 28 Nov 2020 | More than 150 people were arrested on Saturday during an anti-lockdown protest in London, the Metropolitan Police announced. The Met said that arrests were made for breaching coronavirus regulations, assaulting a police officer and possessing of drugs. [Yes, all of a sudden, law enforcement is concerned with 'drug possession.'] The Met warned on Friday that the protests break the law, adding that it had a "robust policing plan in place throughout the weekend." [Right, but rioting is fine and dandy.] England is currently in a monthlong lockdown that began Nov. 5, which closed [so-called] nonessential businesses and allowed people to leave their homes only for work and other necessities.

CDC to release revised guidance reducing COVID-19 quarantine time from 14 days to 7-10 | 01 Dec 2020 | The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is expected to release revised guidance on quarantine time for those who may have been exposed to the novel coronavirus from 14 days to 7 days, for those who have received a negative test, and 10 days for those who have not been tested, Fox News has learned. Fox News obtained an internal CDC document on Tuesday which outlined the proposed changes. A source told Fox News that the changes have been discussed with and approved by the White House Coronavirus Task Force. The CDC is expected to release the revised guidance on Wednesday, a source told Fox News.

Firing squads, poison gas, electrocution: DOJ rule change gives feds execution options beyond lethal injection | 27 Nov 2020 | The Justice Department is quietly amending its execution protocols, no longer requiring federal death sentences to be carried out by lethal injection and clearing the way to use other methods like firing squads and poison gas. The amended rule, published Friday in the Federal Register, allows the U.S. government to conduct executions by lethal injection or use "any other manner prescribed by the law of the state in which the sentence was imposed." A number of states allow other methods of execution, including electrocution, inhaling nitrogen gas or death by firing squad. It remains unclear whether the Justice Department will seek to use any methods other than lethal injection for executions in the future.

Panic: Democrats Instruct Worried CNN to Ignore Trump's Fraud Claims, Use 9/11 Against Americans - Leaked Tapes --Project Veritas obtains internal audio of top CNN brass desperately scheming to conceal Trump's election challenges with misdirections such as the 9/11 attacks | 01 Dec 2020 | Leaked audio from CNN's daily 9:00 a.m. conference call obtained by Project Veritas reveals that the Democrat Party has been giving the pro-Biden cable marching orders to cover up President Donald Trump's challenges to the legitimacy of the 2020 election, while projecting an air of confidence in regards to the Biden transition and using 9/11 to stoke fears about President Trump's refusal to begin the transition. In the Project Veritas audio, CNN Special Correspondent Jamie Gangel says, "I have been hearing the same thing both from Republicans who have not come out to congratulate Biden, but also to those who have and Democrats who have and the Democrats, and that is that we have to be, you know, news organizations have to be very careful and very responsible about not giving Trump too much of a platform on his not conceding because they feel the transition can go forward." "And you know, other than the national security briefings, which are critical to start now, they just don't want us to exaggerate that Trump isn't leaving office," Gangel says in regards to the Democrat Party. "Yup, agreed," says CNN president Jeff Zucker. CNN Field Producer Stephanie Becker goes to recommend that the network craft a narrative that a Trump refusal to transition would be akin to letting the 9/11 terror attacks [the deep-state inside job] happen: "So, if you want a good, concrete example of what happens when you don't have a good transition, well, look at the twin towers.

Trump Campaign Hits Attorney General Over Claim on Election Fraud| 01 Dec 2020 | President Donald Trump's campaign on Tuesday fired back at Attorney General William Barr after the nation’s top law enforcement official reportedly claimed that officials haven't seen evidence of widespread election fraud. "With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn't been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation," Rudy Giuliani, a Trump lawyer, and Jenna Ellis, a Trump campaign attorney, said in a joint statement. "We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn't audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth."

Alleged Anonymous Email From Arizona Tech Worker Says 35,000 Votes Given to Democrats - Expert | 01 Dec 2020 | An alleged anonymous whistleblower’s email that was provided to a cybersecurity expert in testimony during an Arizona GOP state Senate meeting claimed that 35,000 fraudulent votes were given to each of the Democratic candidates in Pima County, Arizona. A copy of the purported email was displayed during the event on Monday, as cited by retired Army Col. Phil Waldron. Waldron, a cybersecurity expert, claimed that the information was from a Pima County tech support provider, although he did not say in what capacity. The event was held by some Republican members of the Arizona State Legislature, which also included statements from President Donald Trump's lawyers. The whistleblower, who wanted to "remain anonymous," told him that he provided that information to the U.S. Department of Justice, according to Waldron. The email stipulated that officials "added fraud votes in the initial vote-by-mail totals released at 8 p.m. on Nov. 3,” he said.

Poll Challenger, Dominion Contractor Say Voting Machines in Detroit Were Connected to Internet | 30 Nov 2020 | A contractor for Dominion Voting Systems who performed IT work at the TCF Center in Michigan and a former state senator who was a poll challenger both say that the voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election were connected to the internet. Melissa Carone -- a freelance IT worker who submitted a sworn affidavit on Nov. 10 detailing a barrage of what she called fraudulent actions during her time at the voting center--said she was called into a hotel in Allen Park on Nov. 2 where the whole Dominion team was staying in order to attend a training of sorts. In that hotel conference room, there was a tabulator and an adjudication machine the team was told to walk around the room and look at. Carone said a Dominion manager (the man who initially contacted her for the position) talked for around an hour telling the team where they were going to be assigned for the election.

Judge Blocks, Then Unblocks Georgia From Wiping or Resetting Election Machines | 29 Nov 2020 | A federal judge presiding over a major election lawsuit in Georgia on Nov. 29 issued and then reversed an order directing the state to cease and desist wiping or resetting election machines. "Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the court," U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten, Sr., wrote in an emergency order issued Nov. 29. The judge reversed the order not long after, explaining that the defendants aren't in possession of the machines.

Up to 280,000 Ballots 'Disappeared' After Trip to Pennsylvania From NY - Amistad Project Director | 01 Dec 2020 | As many as 288,000 ballots for the 2020 U.S. election "disappeared" in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after being transported by truck from New York, according to Phill Kline, the director of the legal group Thomas More Society's Amistad Project. Kline, a former district attorney and Kansas attorney general, said he received evidence that between "130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election had been shipped from Bethpage, New York, before the ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared" on Oct. 21. Kline cited statements from a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor whom he described as a whistleblower. Kline also asserted in a statement that Postal Service workers were engaged in "widespread illegal efforts" to influence the election. At least one whistleblower said that they transported thousands of prefilled ballots across state lines, which, if true, would be a federal crime. His group made an "estimate" of the number of ballots that disappeared.

Pennsylvania Court Rejects Trump Appeal, Campaign Lawyers Say It's 'On to SCOTUS' | 27 Nov 2020 | The U.S. Third Circuit of Appeals in Pennsylvania on Friday rejected President Donald Trump's campaign appeal in their challenge of the state's election results, a move that Trump's lawyers said will allow them to expedite their lawsuits to the U.S. Supreme Court. "The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the [Pennsylvania] state legislature," Trump lawyers Jenna Ellis and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani wrote in response. "On to SCOTUS!" they wrote, referring to the Supreme Court.

Pennsylvania Senator Suspended By Twitter After Election Hearing Speaks Out | 27 Nov 2020 | A Pennsylvania state senator whose Twitte account was suspended says he's being censored. Twitter suspended the personal account of State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, on Wednesday after lawmakers held a hearing on election issues per his request. Twitter, based in California, left Mastriano's official Senate account alone. Speaking about the matter for the first time, Mastriano on Friday said: "This censorship is unacceptable in America. A nation that I served for most of my adult life…" "The point of Twitter suspending this personal account is to prevent me from posting to my Senate account--to silence our voice," he added in a tweet. Mastriano is a retired military colonel and combat veteran. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2018 after 30 years of active duty.
