I'm off sick until Monday. . . doctor's orders. . . but yes, the bus
will be available on the 4th. Let us see if we can identify a driver
this week who will be available to work (contract). But we could also
use a (Transportation) staff member if no one steps forward.

I’m Kim Mathis and I’m on the parade committee. A few months ago we
heard that the Irvington Green Bus was going to be in the parade, but we
haven’t received the entry form. The cutoff for entries is this Friday,
6/11. Do you want the bus to be in the parade? We think it would be
great, so please let us know. Entry forms can be found on the parade
website, www.fremont4th.org ( http://www.fremont4th.org/ ) and should go
to Ray Pulver at the Upbeat Parades email address.

I don't know about the bus. It is in the hands of the district, but you
might ask Clint Johns or Pete Murchison about the parade entry.
I will ask Nat, if she/her friends are available for this event...thanks
to your alert, Nat got the job at the water park...she's pretty booked
this summer. Her finals are early, so I will ask her to check on this
next week and let you know.

Do you have any idea who is in charge of this thing? They initially
wanted to be in the parade, but haven’t submitted an entry form and the
deadline is 6/11.
I was wondering if your daughter and friends/swim team, etc. would be
interested in being balloon handlers. I have a picture I can send from
home if she needs help visualizing what’s involved.
