Installation of iHRIS 4.3.0 failed to start

Dear all,

I am having some issues with my iHRIS 4.3.0 installation; initially, it was having php-mbstring because it was not installed. I installed it and run php /var/www/html/manage/index.php --update=1 --force-restart=1

Now I am having this error:

count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable
Occured on line 227 of /var/lib/iHRIS/lib/4.3.0/i2ce/lib/I2CE_MagicDataNode.php

Please what is the fix for it?
