Be your child’s Emotion Coach!

Everyone has emotions — especially children. And what children do with
their emotions is crucial for optimal child development. So, what can
you do when your preschooler or grade-schooler is angry or frustrated?
Do your children know how to label and regulate their feelings?

Emotion Coaching, developed by the Talaris and Gottman institutes.

The workshop is taught by Kerry Beymer, a certified Parenting Counts

child’s feelings and your own, (2) use emotional moments as
opportunities to connect with your child, (3) respect your child’s
feelings by taking time to listen carefully, (4) help your child
