That sounds like a good idea, as I presume some of the female residents may have some opinions on this.

The issues:
- Locking can lead to better security but it's inconvenient.
It's debatable whether security is actually improved because some of
the doors are left propped open.
Please let me know if you need any help organizing the survey.
