2009Feb25minutes - need 2-3 reviewers!!

Councilors,
Beginning next week, I'd like to assign 2-3 councilors to review and
initial the meeting minutes before Tuesday of the following week (the
day we'll need to approve them). Recall that nobody wanted this
position, and Ana Luz is doing us all a favor. I know there are a few
details missing from the minutes, and am relying on you guys to update
them. You can even re-organize or re-word different sections, if you
think it'd make for a nicer presentation.

All of you should have access to Edit & Save them (you don't need to
publish each time you save it). This week, I hope 2-3 of you will
volunteer to review them, update them, and INITIAL/SIGN at the top
(where it says "Reviewed for Quality Control by: ____"

Hey Bret, I would be willing to help review the minutes, but what
details are you referring to here?
