If you are interested in this, please contact Justin directly. I am just the messenger.
I am writing to you in your capacity as leaders in your respective Catholic young adult groups across the state of Michigan. The group I represent in Traverse City
TC Frassati is just completing plans for a Pentecost retreat in Northern Michigan for all the Catholic young adults in our state over Memorial Day weekend (Friday May 25th - Sunday May 27th.)
We would like to have this event be something of a family reunion for the Catholic young adult community across this state and a place to meet new people and share ideas. We will have Mass, Adoration, & Confession during the event but our aim is really just to connect the various groups across the state. To that end we chose
Lake Ann Camp which offers us the opportunity to hold several fun activities i.e. volleyball, soccer, campfires during the vigil. More information is available at our website

So now I come to my request to each of you as leaders....
Because this is such a big undertaking I need to ask for a few specific favors and to that end I will lay all my cards on the table as much as possible, so that you can discern how you can best help if you wish.
1.) I don't know how many people to plan for and I need to have a rough idea soon
- Could each of you assess interest in this retreat from your group members (I have attached a form if it makes it any easier for you)
- You can mail the forms to me if you so desire @ Justin Leugers 937 Rose Ct. Traverse City, MI 49686
2.) I don't have contact people from several of the groups who will, I hope, be participating.
- If you aren't the best contact for your group on this event could you forward this to someone who is and CC me
- I would also really like to be able to call the contact person personally so a phone number would be great if you feel comfortable.
3.) I don't have all the activities planned yet.
- I am very willing to hear ideas for fun/prayerful activities.
4.) I don't have all the Priests lined up yet.
- I would love to have priests from around the state invited (They will of course attend for free)
- I would especially like to invite Vocations directors from each diocese :)
