As you all know that out next festival Diwali is just few days away :-)  We will  be starting our festival services very soon!!. If you have couple of hours in any of the below given days, it would be great if you can join us for any of the sevas mentioned below.

Diwali festival volunteer services starts from Thursday at the temple. 

Diwali Volunteer Oppurtunities

 

(Diwali on  Sunday 15th November)

 

A large number of devotees are expected to visit the Temple during Diwali. KB Mandir is seeking volunteers to help with the event on the following functional areas:

 

·      Parking

 

·      Queue Management

 

·      Kids play area monitoring

 

·      Prasadam Serving(Tastes of India and General Prasadam)

 

·      Prasadam Cooking and Clean up 

 

The following date/time slots are available:

15th November	9AM – 12PM	12 PM – 3 PM*	3 PM – 6PM	6PM – 9 PM

All ( * ) slots are peak slots where we need lot of volunteers

 

Services available prior to the event

12th and 13th November( Thursday and Friday)	10 AM Onwards: Vegetable cutting , Sweet and Khara making and special items for Tastes of India
14th November(Saturday)*	9 AM Onwards: Tents and booths setup at the back, queue arrangement, Decoration, Special Cooking and Prasadam arrangements

 

* 14th  November – Need lots of volunteers.
