Our next festival Sri Ramanavami is less than 10 days away :-)  We will  be starting our festival services very soon!!. If you have couple of hours in any of the below given days, it would be great if you can join us for any of the sevas mentioned below.

Sri Ramanavami festival volunteer services starts from Monday(11th April) at the temple. 

 

Sri Ramanavami Volunteer Opportunities

 

Sri Ramanavami Celebrations on 15^th April (Friday) and 16^th (Saturday)April

 

A large number of devotees are expected to visit the Temple during Sri Ramanavami Events. KB Mandir is seeking volunteers to help with the event on the following functional areas:

 

·      Parking

 

·      Queue Management

 

·      Kids play area monitoring

 

·      Prasadam Serving

 

·      Prasadam Cooking and Clean up

 

The following date/time slots are available:

15th April  Friday (Ramanavami)		12PM – 3PM	3PM – 6PM	6PM – 9:30PM*
16th April Saturday	9AM – 12PM	12PM – 3PM*	3PM – 6PM

All ( * ) slots are peak slots where we need lot of volunteers

 

Services available prior to the event

11th April(Monday)*	10AM – 8PM : Laddu Making and Clean up
12th April(Tuesday)	10AM – 8PM: Other Sweets and Khara preparation, Flower Cutting and Clean up help
13th April(Wednesday)	10 AM Onwards: Vegetable cutting , Flower cutting, Packing of food items
14th April(Thursday evening)*	10 AM Onwards: Vaikunta dwara setup outside, Tents and booths setup at the back, queue arrangement, Decoration, Cooking and Prasadam arrangements

 

* 11^th April and 14^th April – Need lots of volunteers for prep work.
