Our next festival Vaikunta Ekadasi is just few days away :-)  We will  be starting our festival services starting tomorrow!!. If you have couple of hours in any of the below given days, it would be great if you can join us for any of the sevas mentioned below.

Vaikuntha Ekadasi festival volunteer services starts from Tomorrow (3rd January) at the temple. 

 

Vaikuntha Ekadasi Volunteer Oppurtunities

(Vaikuntha Ekadasi on Sunday, 8^th January)

 

A large number of devotees are expected to visit the Temple during Vaikuntha Ekadasi Events. KB Mandir is seeking volunteers to help with the event on the following functional areas:

 

·      Parking

 

·      Queue Management

 

·      Kids play area monitoring

 

·      Prasadam Serving

 

·      Prasadam Cooking and Clean up

 

The following date/time slots are available:

8th January (Vaikuntha Ekadasi)	9AM – 12PM	12PM – 3PM*	3PM – 6PM	6PM – 9PM

All ( * ) slots are peak slots where we need lot of volunteers

 

Services available prior to the event

3rd January (Tuesday)	10AM Onwards: Laddu Boondi Making and other services
4th January(Wednesday)*	10AM Onwards: Laddu Making and other sweets and khara making, cleanups
5th January (Thursday)	10AM Onwards :Sweets and Khara Making, cleanups
6th January (Friday)	10 AM Onwards: Sweets Packing, Donor bags packing , Vegetable cutting, cleanups
7th January (Saturday)*	Vaikuntha  Dwara Setup, Queue arrangement, Decoration, Vegetable cutting and cleanups
