Hare Krishna,

All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Krishna Balarama !

All of us are house wives and are mostly busy with household activities & children, so its very hard for us to make room for reading Bhagavad Gita daily. I thought its bit difficult to read alone as well. But we can easily read and get motivated if we could do as a group.

Prabhupada said 'I live in my Books' forever.  And HE gave many instructions on reading HIS books daily. I am sure it will help all of us to learn the Krishna Conscious philosophy deeply, and get the association of pure devotee  & our most beloved spiritual master Prabhupada thru his books.

Pls find the below format..

1. 20 minutes Gita Reading by a schedule of readers. (If you are laso interested to read pls let me know)
2. 5-10 more minutes, more references from Srila Prabhupad books regarding the Bhagavad Gita Reading
3. Srila Prabhupada Memories for 5 minutes

( I feel this is also important as we can develop not just knowledge of him and his teachings but also an attraction for his personality. By hearing these beautiful stories we can love him more. Srila Prabhupada explains that unless there is love, we cannot fix the mind.We cannot fix the mind on something we dont love. So we must love our spiritual master. One of the ways is to hear more abt him, his heart, concerns etc which will melt our reluctance to surrender..Jai Srila Prabhupad! )

Our main motive is to understand Gita. Feel free to call me anytime or hang on to the daily call if doubts haunt you or you can mail as well..In case we are not able to resolve the doubt on the call we can always ask our preachers..so pls do not ever hesitate..
