Letting you know that we will be updating our Wednesday DEV PC, TC and Joint Webex meetings to be more specific to the planned meeting. Currently we have one generically named recurring weekly Webex meeting for the PCD and Joint Programs which have been a bit confusing. We will delete this generic meeting and replace it with 3 separate and more specific meetings as follows:.

Week #1	PCD Cochairs	DEV PCD PC (Planning Committee)	10am Central
Week #2	PCD Cochairs	DEV PCD TC (Technical Committee)	10am Central
Week #3	Open – No meeting	Open – No meeting	10am Central
Week #4	DEV Cochairs (Program Chairs & Guests)	DEV Joint PC & TC (entire program)	10am Central
Week #5	Open – No meeting	Open – No meeting	Some weeks have a 5^th week

You should receive the invites for the 3 new meetings shortly. Please ensure to delete the prior generic Wednesday Webex meetings from your calendar, replacing with the invites, above.
