Hello.
This is related to the EU Connectathon this June so need a bit of help from a few experts.
- We are attempting to fix a few DEC issues and was wondering if anyone could share WCM snapshot messages and continuous message examples?
- We would also like to schedule a short meeting between the companies involved and one or more DEC experts.
This will help both the companies involved as well as improve the TF. Thank you.

I do not currently have examples but I can request this from the DEC group. I’m copying Paul Sherman as well in-case he may know where to find WCM snapshot messages and continuous message examples.

I hope this email finds you well. I have experienced few issues while I was working with the example messages found in IHE_PCD_Suppl_WCM.pdf since they are not validated by the pcdtool neither in the PCD profile nor in the ACM profile. Several fields are missing (OBX11.1 especially) and several codes are not member of the value set.
Could you please provide some working examples for WCM snapshot messages and continuous messages that I can validate using the PCD profile . Thank you in advance.

come vedi nelle mail in calce, il responsabile del PCD di IHE ci dice di aspettare a sviluppare Conformance Profiles custom e che ci fornirà lui indicazioni ed esempi per fare i test dei nostri attori DOC e DOF.
Quindi per quanto riguarda gli sviluppi del DOC per WCM ti direi di disabilitare temporaneamente il pcdGeneralValidator e provare a processare il messaggio WCM (per ora usa quello che abbiamo) come indicato nel test di Gazelle che riallego.

Hello and quite sorry for my delay.
I started a response then got a new PC and then temporarily lost everything (all good now).
You should not need to develop to two conformance profiles. This is great feedback so would like to share this with the PCD group as well as a few experts in PCD. See other responses below.

I have some questions about the IHE_PCD_Suppl_WCM.pdf and IHE_PCD_Suppl_POI.pdf. We are implementing a PCD-DEC-DOC and DOF following those TF supplements. So my questions are:
- In order to test those Actors can we use the examples found on the TFs?
- If yes, you should know that the examples doesn’t follow the rules defined by the Conformance Profiles supplied by Gazelle (see attachements) and fails the message validation of the pcdtool.
- Where we can find Conformance Profiles for WCM and POI options?
[MJK] I will need to verify. Copying Paul Sherman here as he may know now.
- Does we have to develope two custom Conformance Profiles for WCM and POI options?
[MJK] No, this is not the intention. I will advise after consulting a few PCD experts.
- If not where can we find examples to test those profiles?
[MJK] Researching now. My guess is that there are examples.
Attached you’ll find all the profiles downloaded from Gazelle and Technical Frameworks from IHE (latest versions) that we are using.

where I can find information or any tutorial about the execution of Pre-Connectathon Tests for our system “CONTENT_CONSUMER_Almaviva_PCD - AlmaPCDService”, I’d like to test PCD-DEC-DOC and PCD-DEC-DOF actors.
My questions are:
- What tools shall I need to use? In the pcdtool I see that the only emulated Actor is the DOC and not a DOR. I need to perform some specific registration on the pcdtool?
- How can I use those tools?
