[tool] synchronize locally IHE TF documents

Hello all,
Just a word about a tool I made to keep the IHE TF documents in sync (locally with IHE website). Perhaps, it could be helpful for you.

The tool makes a list of the current documents (TF) referenced on the IHE website, and download all the new(er) documents on the computer. Then, you can always have the IHE TF documents up to date.
For example : IHE announced new versions of endoscopy documents : https://mailchi.mp/ihe/ihe-endoscopy-technical-framework-supplements-published-2018-11-28
These documents were found by the sync tool :
Syncing ENDO domain...
Newer document IHE_ENDO_Suppl_EIA.pdf found: download it...
Newer document IHE_ENDO_Suppl_ERPO.pdf found: download it...
Newer document IHE_ENDO_Suppl_EWF.pdf found: download it…

The aim is not to replace any communication service of IHE, it’s just a tool to get your documents locally up to date.
