I hope you are all having a lovely holiday. schurko good times at the
bar crawl though patty and i only lasted like 3 bars haha... anyways,
i was thinking we should have some type of event for the one year
anniversary of the earthquake in haiti. i have a few ideas and id
love to hear yours:
1. letter writing campaign to encourage the US to actually send the
aid they promised
2. some sort of vigil type thing, invite haitian community members
(sally, haiti coalition?)
3. speaker from the haitian community?
Jan 12 is a Wednesday so I think it would be a good day to have an
event. Let's see if we can pull something together.
