XDW CP: changes affect NA CAT

Dear implementers,
Happy New Year!
The attached CP is related to XDW profile. Changes introduced will be taken into account for the NA CAT.
The main change is related to the XDW namespace. This namespace is now aligned with IHE policies. The right namespace is: urn:ihe:iti:xdw:2011
EVSclient has been aligned with these changes.
An updated xsd schema is uploaded in the ftp site ( /TF_Implementation_Material/ITI/schema/IHE/XDW ).
