Yet another XDS metadata question for XDW

Beyond my recent questions about formatCode and classCode for XDW documents, I now also found that codingSchemes are not defined in a number of places.

Can anybody specify what should be used as:

• the codingScheme for the OPEN and CLOSED values in the XDS metadata eventCodeList
• the codingScheme for the XBeR type code (value: urn:ihe:pcc:xberwd:2012)
