Submit Your Vote: IHE Radiology Co-Chair and Board Representative Elections

Dear IHE Radiology Committee Members,

 

We are pleased to open the election ballot for IHE Radiology’s Leadership positions. The election opens today (October 23^rd) and will close November 7^th at 5:00 PM CT.

 

Please submit your vote using the Google Form linked here.

 

The Planning and Technical Committee co-chairs and Domain Board Representative to the IHE International Board serve two-year terms. Elected individuals will serve in their roles from October 31, 2025 through October 31, 2027.

 

Election ballots can only be submitted from current voting members of the IHE Radiology Planning and Technical Committees. Please verify your voting status on the Rosters. Note: Please contact me if you have questions about your organization’s membership status with IHE International.

 

Reminders about voting eligibility:

1. Each member organization will have only one vote in this election. If your organization has multiple technical committee or planning committee representatives, please consult your colleagues to coordinate and submit only one vote.
2. Voting rights are NOT interchangeable between Technical and Planning committees. To vote during Planning Committee activities, a representative from a member organization must attend Planning Committee activities. A member organization may not “cash in” Technical Committee participation to vote during Planning Committee activities, or vice versa.
3. Voting rights are forfeited/lapsed when a member organization is absent for 3 consecutive meetings in which votes are taken.
4. Voting rights can be restored by participating in 2 consecutive teleconferences, meetings, or ballots. For example, if your organization is currently ineligible to vote, your vote during this ballot will not count towards the actual election, but will count as an attendance towards restoring voting rights.
5. All matters of voting can be found in Section 12.2.6. in the IHE Principles of Governance.
