On behalf of IHE Radiology Planning Committee co-chairs, thank you to all those who participated in the profile selection process this year.
A special thank you also to the proposal editors and contributors for their time and effort on all of the proposals during this selection cycle.
These results have been shared with the IHE Radiology Technical Committee, who will begin work on the selected proposals and will meet F2F in November.

Following the results of the vote published earlier this week, the selected profiles for the 2025-2026 year are Manifest-based Access to DICOM Objects (MADO), and Imaging Diagnostic Report (Phase II). The breakdown is described below:
