Vote by Oct. 21--IHE Radiology Planning Co-Chair Election Ballot

IHE Radiology Planning Committee Members,
We are pleased to open the election ballot for the following position:
- Planning Committee Co-Chair: Brad Genereaux, SIIM
Please cast your vote using the Google Form linked here by October 21, 2022.
Co-chairs serve in two-year terms. Elected individuals will serve in their role from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024.
Co-chair responsibilities include setting and running the agendas of committee meeting and teleconferences and participation in the Domain Coordination Committee, which coordinates IHE development activities across domains and meets monthly.
Reminders about voting eligibility:
1. Each member organization will have only one vote in this election. If your organization has multiple technical committee representatives, please consult your colleagues to coordinate and submit only one vote. Committee rosters are linked here.
2. Voting rights are NOT interchangeable between Technical and Planning committees. In order to vote during Planning Committee activities, a representative from a member organization must attend Planning Committee activities. A member organization may not “cash in” Technical Committee participation in order to vote during Planning Committee activities, or vice versa.
3. Voting rights are forfeited/lapsed when a member organization is absent for 3 consecutive meetings in which votes are taken.
4. Voting rights can be restored by participating in 2 consecutive teleconferences/meetings or ballots. For example, if your organization is currently ineligible to vote, your vote during this Co-chair ballot will not count towards the actual election, but will count as an attendance towards restoring voting rights.
5. All matters of voting can be found in Section 12.2.8 of the IHE Principles of Governance.
