Dear Pharmacy-group,
Our 12th ballot containing approved CPs of season 2020/2021 is now launched!
Attached is the Ballot #11 of Change Proposals for IHE Pharmacy profiles. It is in the form of an Excel spreadsheet listing each Change Proposal and the details of each Change Proposal. When voting per email there are two options in casting your vote:
A) You may approve the CP: Email your approval to the pharmacy@ihe.net email address and/or directly to the IHE Pharmacy Committee Google Group (reply to this email). Enter the Subject Line in this Format: Company NAME, CP Ballot #12
B) You may comment on the CP or vote "No" on the CP: Please submit a completed ballot by entering your votes and comments in the attached file “Ballot-12.xls”. Email your ballot to the pharmacy@ihe.net email address and/or directly to the IHE Pharmacy Committee Google Group (reply to this email). Enter the Subject Line in this Format: Company NAME, CP Ballot #12
Votes per email must be submitted on or before Friday, August 27, 2021 by 06:00pm GMT+2. We kindly ask you to submit your vote as soon as possible.
Who has the right to vote:
Organizations eligible to vote are identified on the Roster of the IHE Pharmacy Technical committee by a "Yes" in the Voting column. See the Roster on the Wiki here: PHARM Roster.
Eligibility is determined on the last day of the email ballot, so if your organization becomes eligible to vote during the ballot cycle your ballot will be counted after eligibility has been acquired. This vote counts towards acquiring or maintaining voting rights. Votes received from ineligible organizations will be notified of such prior to announcement of the ballot results.
