Questions such as this should probably be sent to the IHE PCC

(Technically this is a QRPH specification -- not a PCC spec -- but I
think there's enough of an overlap that the right people should see the
question there.)

Concerning the question below, the NIST validation software has not yet
been updated with any CPs from the previous cycle. When the software is
updated with the new EHCP profile, you should see this change (or we can
have a further discussion).
