Missing Specification for Braden Score

The Maternal Discharge Summary references the Braden Score observation, but we have not been able to find the specification for it in the CDA Supplement (the section is empty of any text). Originally, this content was in the FSA Supplement, but that was deprecated due to lack of uptake and is no longer available on the IHE Web site. We are unable to complete this section without the specification, and since it is R2, suggest that the test case be accepted without it.

This profile should be adjusted with a CP to address the missing content post-connectathon.
