newborn document registration

Hi, All.

I have read PCC profiles.
but I did not found the information about registering newborn
discharge summary.
To know why mother's document and baby's document are the same, I
want to get document in real-world.

XDS Document Registry allows this document's duplicate registration.
I want to know why newborn document is not once registration but
twice registration.
