Hi all,

I think there's a typo in the Reconciliation of Diagnoses, Allergies and
Medications (RECON). On page 38, Section 6.3.4.F.1, in the header the
template IDs are listed as:

1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.24.3.1.1 and
1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.24.3.1.3

...but in the conformance statements below, they are:

1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.24.3.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.24.3.3

(Note the extra .1. in the second to last slot of the header.)

Actually, now that I look closer, I think this same type of typo exists
in 6.3.4.D.2, 6.3.4.E.2 and 6.3.4.G.1.

My assumption is that in all cases, the example and conformance
statement is correct and that the header is incorrect (i.e. the extra
.1. is not supposed to be in the penultimate slot)...
