There was a mistake in the PIXConsumer.wsdl file, discovered as a result of Connectathon testing. The file was updated and a new PIXV3 package is available at the IHE ftp site:
ftp://ftp.ihe.net/TF_Implementation_Material/ITI/packages/PIXV3.Support.Materials.v5.zip
Note that the specification itself did not contain that mistake, only the implementation materials were affected.
