End of MESA tests, forward to Connectathon tests

This does not apply to PCD or RFD. Those are managed separately by Manny and Landen.

For those of you who need to tie up loose ends, I have to report that support for MESA tests is now over.
The people responsible for support and grading need to turn their attention to the
task of Connectathon preparation.

I speak for Bill Majurski as well. Please do not take advantage of Bill or the other managers and ask
for additional additional help with MESA tests you may still be working on.

Our next delivery item to you is the list and description of Connectathon
tests. Some are already available in draft form. Others will be ready soon.

I know; I am going to find a lump of coal in my stocking.
