I first tried to send this Monday 22-Jan. I don't think it was distributed.
If you did receive that version, please see that I added items 7 and 8 in this version.
Connectathon Participants
As a group, I think you did a great job in staying focused on your tasks
and getting your tests completed and graded. Friday morning was much
quieter than most Connectathon Friday's.
I have gone through 95% of the results and awarded "pass/fail" grades for
actor/profile pairs.
1. You can view your company results on kudu (Connectathon->Result Matrix).
1a. Green: I have reviewed and believe you completed testing.
1b. Red: I have reviewed and you did not attempt or complete required tests.
1c. Yellow: I did not complete my review; wake me up.
2. We will publish only those actor/profile pairs that "pass". No failures will
be reported.
3. Any company with multiple actors will receive only one "pass" in the output.
For example, a company with three Modality Actors in Radiology SWF will
receive one "pass". We don't report software model/version and are limited
by that.
4. You have until Monday, 29-Jan-2007 to report errors in the Result Matrix
to me. After that, they go to the printer.
5. Do not ask me how this ties in with any demonstrations. To quote John Banner:
"I know nothing. Nothing."
6. Finally, our sponsors will follow up with language on how to announce your results.
We purposely are not using the term "gold star" this year as some of you took
that to imply superior performance. The language that the boring Project Manager
will give you today is "completed testing for this actor/profile pair". This does NOT
imply
- Conformance
- Certification
- that your product is better than his product
7. Added to original
Some profiles were not tested because subscription was too low.
- PAM
- NAV
- PWF
- RWF
- SINR
- PPHP
8. Added to original
The "HITSP" profile was handled separately by that organization, so those are marked as "fail" in our database.
Those results will not be reported.
The New Directions/RFD will also not be reported from our database, Do not use Kudu as an indicator of success.

Steve,
As a first time participant in this event, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and attention to details given by you and other monitors and organizers at this event. This is truly a mammoth undertaking and bringing together this diverse group of applications in one single roof is no mean feat!
