Mesa Tools 16.x download does not work

does not work for me.

May you confirm that?

Can you be more specific?

I just launched a download from my University network. The download started (but will take some time to complete).

Does the download not start?
Does it start but not complete?
Does it complete but the file is corrupt?

I tried now and it works downloading by wget: it needs about 10 hour from now but it's ok.
If I click the link by the web page it hang some seconds and then fails.

I successfully downloaded and started the Mesa Tools 16.2 Virtual machine.
