This question has been around for a while.


The specification from DICOM Key Object Selection document can be found here:
 

 

In the Standard, the Key object Description is defined as “U” user-defined.  So not required.

 

 

But in the Connectathon, the test Case requires Key Object Description to be entered.  So if we create a KIN object and not able to provide a Key Object Description we would not pass this test case.  Please comment.
