Hello,

I'm having problems with test 151 related to SWFb. The problem is with mesa tool (w32_MESA_16.1.0). After start the servers (scripts\start_mesa_servers.bat from ordfil actor) always i send a hl7 message to the placer (2100 default port) it's cracks. Windows show a message "hl7_rcvr.exe stopped working", I can't see anything in logs.

My Operating System is Windows 10.
