Test 1404 and DICOM part 10 files

Everyone,

 

Is it a known thing that part 10 files have an issue in the 1404 MESA test?

 

I looked online for a solution and found a discussion where someone had an issue but it doesn’t look the same as mine.

 

I checked for the 0000 command group in my file and it isn’t there.

 

It looks to me that dcm_dump_file is looking for acr/nema and not DICOM part 10 and that is what it is complaining about.

 

Honestly it looks like it is reading the preamble and mistakenly thinking that it is the 0000 command group.

 

Am I correct in this assumption?
