Modality Testing issue on the MESA tools

Dear Sir,

I have installed the MESA Tool v16.xx on the Windows7. The installation environment is: 

- Windows 7 profesional

- SQL 2008

Anyhow, when installed it looked like it was working properly, so I run some script file ("perl scripts/reset_uids.pl") to make some patient's information (DICOM UIDs and other identifiers) for the MWL testing as shown in the below picture.

However, there was no any data in the database file's table when checked as follows.

Is it correct?

We need to get you help as soon as possible. It's because that we don't have enough time to participate in this IHE connectathon.
