prototype of a FHIR IG on basic Auditing

Yesterday I decided to write a FHIR IG covering basic AuditEvent recording of REST operations where a Patient is the subject. I got the basics down, with lots of room for opportunity and a set of open questions.  This is not an official project anywhere, it is just my personal hobby. I welcome comments, questions, bugs, examples, etc.
