New MHD 'UnContain' option - Review requested

Dear MHD implementers and ITI Tech Committee,

John Moehrke has prepared the attached Change Proposal, CP-ITI-1200, that would introduce a new option for MHD actors to enable some references currently required to be ‘contained’ to instead be external references.   This option would support environments in the Moblle Health Document Sharing (MHDS) Profile, which will be out for 2nd round of public comment shortly.

We invite your review to prepare this CP for ballot.

ITI Tech will meet via webex on Thursday March 5, 10:00 Central.  Please see webex details below.   (This call will replace the regular Mar 12 CP call)
