Regarding those things "defined by national or regional organizations."

Hey all,

There are a number of fields in the HPD whose values are in whole, or in part defined by national or regional organizations, and for the US, I'm wondering what these ought to be.

HCProfessional.hcProfession: (the document referred to in the spec doesn't exist any more) NUCC code?
HCProfessional.hcIdentifier: the issuing authority.  In the US, I'm guessing it's NPI?
HCProfessional.description: it says to see Provider Type for more info, but looking there doesn't seem to give any helpful info AFAICT

HCRegulatedOrganization.hcIdentifier: same as above
HCRegulatedOrganization.businessCategory: (the document referred to in the spec doesn't exist any more)
HCRegulatedOrganization.description: references OrgType which I cannot find a definition for.
