HPD Simulator down since European Connect-A-Thon?

I am (still) trying to use the HPDSimulator at https://gazelle.ihe.net/HPDSimulator/prov_info_dir/configuration.seam?cid=4647 to test my Provider Info Consumer with.

Here's my request (As tested in Rennes):

At the "messages" page of the simulator (https://gazelle.ihe.net/HPDSimulator/messages/browser.seam?cid=4640) I can see that no one else seems to have (successfully) communicated with the HPD Simulator since the CAT in Rennes. So maybe there is a problem with the HPDSimulator?
