FYI: European connectathon deadlines and webinar reminders

Dear all,

If you are interested in joining the European connectathon, taking place this year in Brussels from March, 23rd; I kindly remind you that you have until

• January, 13th to register your system in the Connectathon registration tool aka Gazelle Test Management. After that date, you will not be able to alter the list of actor/profile pairs to be tested unless you reach out to the Technical Management team.
  
• January, 31st to send your contract to technica...@ihe-europe.net AND off...@ihe-europe.net. 

From January, 13th, those of you who already sent their contract will start receiving the invoice from IHE-Europe.

Once again, I invite you to have a look at our material on Gazelle website, and more especially:

• Connectathon milestones and timeline
• Tips for participants

You might also want to visit https://connectathon.ihe-europe.net to get details on the venue, side events and accommodation offers. Be aware that hotel rooms at a negotiated rate have been blocked until February, 10th 2020. That's pretty soon !

Finally, I would also like to announce our next webinar on January, 30th from 2:00pm CET. It will be the opportunity for you to learn about the testable profiles and what are the next steps. You will find a calendar invite attached to this email.
