Updated simulation

I updated the forge with my fixes to the component simulation. The forge URL for this project is:

I fixed the problem we discovered on the phone Wednesday (one of the methods to the test engine was missing an essential argument).

 

I also added some administrative methods to the test engine and wrote javadoc for each test engine method.

 

Andy, I think this is stable enough for you to examine. Let me know if you need an ant script or anything else to build it. I did not check that in (I have been working directly in Eclipse).
