Due to drops by a couple of Registry/Repository systems there are a few changes to your assigned partners for XDS.b test.

Hi Lynn,

One of our two test partners for today's session dropped: PCS from
Austria. This means there is only one source left to test against our
repository. Could a switch in the assignments perhaps be made?

This concerns our system XDSb_REG_topicus_topicus. Thanks in advance
for looking into this.
